By accessing or using LLM Socket (“Service,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

LLM Socket provides a JavaScript snippet that optimizes websites for discoverability by AI search engines and large language models through structured data generation.

Description of Service

What LLM Socket Does

LLM Socket provides a one-line JavaScript snippet that, when installed on your website:

  • Automatically analyzes your website’s content
  • Generates Schema.org structured data (JSON-LD)
  • Makes your content discoverable and citeable by AI assistants
  • Runs entirely client-side in your visitors’ browsers
  • Works continuously in the background without manual intervention

What LLM Socket Does Not Do

  • Does not collect or process data about your website visitors
  • Does not store or transmit your website content to our servers
  • Does not modify your website’s visual appearance
  • Does not guarantee rankings or citations by any specific AI search engine
  • Does not provide SEO services beyond structured data generation

Account Registration and Access

Beta Program

The first 500 users who sign up receive:

  • Lifetime free access to LLM Socket with all features
  • No credit card required
  • No hidden fees or charges
  • Locked-in free pricing even as we add new features
  • As a Beta subscriber, you agree that LLM Socket can use your website as a reference. Look detailed in reference section of these Terms & Conditions

This is our way of rewarding early adopters. If you sign up during the beta period (while spots are available), you will retain free access forever.

Post-Beta Pricing

After the first 500 beta spots are filled:

Monthly Plan:

  • $99 per month, billed monthly

Annual Plan (Save 25%):

  • $891 per year (equivalent to $74.25/month)
  • Save $297 compared to monthly billing
  • Get 3 months free!

All Plans:

  • Beta users remain at $0/month for life
  • Pricing is per account, not per website
  • You may use your snippet on multiple websites

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. When prices change:

  • Existing subscribers are protected – your rate stays the same for your current subscription period
  • Annual subscribers lock in their rate for the full year and upon renewal (as long as you don’t cancel)
  • Monthly subscribers will be notified 30 days before any price increase
  • Price increases will not affect you until your next renewal period
  • New users pay the current advertised rates

We will notify you via email of any upcoming price changes affecting your account.

Promotional and Campaign Pricing

We may offer promotional pricing during special campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, Product Hunt launch, seasonal sales):

How Promotional Pricing Works:

  • Promotional rates are temporary and apply only during the specified campaign period
  • Promotional pricing is clearly marked and includes the offer duration
  • Standard pricing applies at renewal unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms
  • Promotions may include discount codes, limited-time offers, or special bundles
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate promotions at any time

Renewal After Promotional Pricing:

  • Unless explicitly stated as “lifetime pricing,” promotional rates apply only to the initial subscription period
  • Upon renewal, you will be charged at the standard rate (or current promotional rate if available)
  • You will receive advance notice of the renewal price before being charged
  • You may cancel before renewal if you don’t wish to continue at standard rates

Promotional Eligibility:

  • Promotions may be limited to new customers, specific regions, or limited quantities
  • Promotional codes cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted
  • We reserve the right to verify eligibility and cancel subscriptions obtained through fraudulent use of promotions
  • Past promotional pricing does not guarantee future promotional offers

  • “Black Friday: First year at $600 (then $891/year)” – promotional rate for year 1 only
  • “Lifetime 40% off” – discount applies forever, including renewals
  • “First month $49” – promotional rate for month 1, then $99/month

All promotional terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions:

  • Request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase
  • Applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions
  • No questions asked – if you’re not satisfied, you get your money back
  • Does not apply to beta users (since the service is free)
  • Only applies to first-time purchases (not renewals)

Account Requirements

To use LLM Socket, you must:

  • Provide a valid email address
  • Provide a valid website URL
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the authority to install code on the websites you specify
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

What we get – Customer Reference Rights:

By accepting your Beta account, you grant LLM Socket the right to:

  1. Logo and Brand Usage:
    • Display your website name and logo on our website, marketing materials, and social media channels
    • Use your branding in customer galleries, presentations, and promotional content
  2. Performance Showcasing:
    • Create videos, blog posts, case studies, and other content demonstrating your website’s results using LLM Socket
    • Share performance improvements and outcomes (e.g., “increased AI citations by X%”, “improved visibility in ChatGPT”)
    • Reference your site in sales presentations and marketing materials
  3. Public Examples:
    • Use your website as a live example in tutorials and documentation
    • Reference your implementation in educational content
    • Feature your site in “before/after” comparisons

What We Will Share (Examples):

  • Total AI citation counts and improvements (e.g., “ChatGPT citations grew from 10 to 50 in 7 days”)
  • Aggregate performance metrics (e.g., “increased AI search visibility by 200%”)
  • Overall results by AI platform (e.g., “appeared in 45 Claude responses in first month”)
  • General implementation success (e.g., “successfully implemented Schema.org structured data”)
  • Before/after totals showing improvement
  • Your industry/category (e.g., “e-commerce site,” “SaaS company”)

What We Will NOT Share Without Your Written Consent:

  • Which specific landing pages or URLs receive citations
  • Specific keywords or topics that generate citations
  • Page-level performance data or analytics
  • Traffic sources, visitor numbers, or conversion rates
  • Revenue, sales data, or business metrics
  • Competitive intelligence or content strategy details
  • Any proprietary or sensitive business information

Summary: We show your aggregate success (total citations up by X%) without exposing which content or pages are driving those results. This protects your competitive advantages while showcasing real results.

We will verify snippet installation before publishing reference content.

Duration: These reference rights apply for the lifetime of your Beta account or until you upgrade to a paid plan (see below).

No Opt-Out for Beta Users: Reference participation is a condition of receiving lifetime free access. This is the value exchange that makes the Beta program possible. However, you have two alternatives:

  1. Upgrade to a Paid Plan:
    • Switch to our monthly ($99/month) or annual ($891/year) plan at any time
    • Paid subscribers can opt out of the reference program at no additional cost
    • Your snippet continues working uninterrupted
    • Cancel the paid plan anytime to retain your lifetime Beta access (reference rights resume)
  2. Cancel Your Beta Account:
    • Simply remove the snippet from your website and stop using the service and inform us by email references@llmsocket.co
    • You forfeit your lifetime free access
    • We will remove your references from new content within 30 days
    • Historical content may remain on third-party platforms

Agreement of Reference (For Paid Customers)

Customer Reference Program – Optional for Paid Subscribers

As a paid LLM Socket subscriber, participating in our Customer Reference Program is optional. You may opt in during signup or at any time during your subscription.

If you choose to participate, you grant LLM Socket the right to:

  1. Display your website name and logo on our website, marketing materials, and social media channels
  2. Create promotional content (case studies, videos, blog posts) featuring your website’s use of LLM Socket
  3. Reference your business as a LLM Socket customer in sales and marketing contexts
  4. Share general performance improvements (without disclosing proprietary business data)

Benefits of Participation:

Paid subscribers who opt into our reference program receive:

  • 10% discount on all subscription payments (monthly or annual)
  • Featured placement in our customer showcase with backlink
  • Co-marketing opportunities
  • Early access to select new features
  • Priority support consideration

Pricing Examples:

  • Monthly Plan: $89/month (instead of $99/month) – Save $120/year
  • Annual Plan: $802/year (instead of $891/year) – Save $89/year

  5. Historical content on third-party platforms may remain, but will not be updated

What We Will Share:

In Simple Terms: We showcase your total wins (e.g., “citations doubled”) without revealing which specific content or strategies are working. Your competitive advantages stay protected.

License and Usage Rights

License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Access and use the LLM Socket service
  • Install our JavaScript snippet on websites you own or control
  • Use the snippet for its intended purpose of AI search optimization

Usage Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the snippet
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices from the code
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use the snippet in a way that violates any third-party rights
  • Modify the snippet code (except as documented in our configuration options)

Multi-Site Usage

Beta accounts may use the same snippet on multiple websites they own or control at no additional cost. You must have proper authorization to install code on any website where you use LLM Socket.

Your Responsibilities

Website Ownership and Authorization

By using LLM Socket, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have proper authorization for websites where you install the snippet
  • You have the right to modify the websites’ code
  • Your website content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • You will comply with all applicable privacy laws regarding your website visitors

Content and Compliance

You are solely responsible for:

  • The content on your websites
  • Ensuring your content complies with applicable laws
  • Maintaining appropriate privacy policies for your website visitors
  • Complying with data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Any legal issues arising from your website content

LLM Socket does not review, monitor, or control your website content.

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

LLM Socket and all related intellectual property, including:

  • The JavaScript snippet code
  • Our website and documentation
  • Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements
  • Our technology and algorithms

…are and remain the exclusive property of LLM Socket and its licensors.

Your Rights

You retain all rights to:

  • Your website content
  • Your website design and code (excluding our snippet)
  • Your trademarks and brand elements

Installing LLM Socket does not transfer any ownership rights in either direction beyond the limited license granted in these Terms.

Service Modifications and Availability

Service Changes

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue features at any time
  • Update the snippet code to improve functionality
  • Change service specifications and capabilities
  • Add new features or functionality
  • Modify pricing (with advance notice to existing subscribers)

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes via email.

No Guaranteed Uptime

While we strive for high availability:

  • Service may be interrupted for maintenance or updates
  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime
  • Access may be temporarily restricted during peak usage
  • Beta users acknowledge the service is still in development

Updates and Compatibility

The snippet may automatically update to new versions. We will:

  • Maintain backward compatibility where reasonably possible
  • Provide migration guides for breaking changes
  • Test updates before deployment
  • Make our best effort to ensure updates don’t break your site

However, you acknowledge that automatic updates may occasionally cause issues, and you should monitor your website after snippet installation.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or availability
  • Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Warranties regarding AI search engine rankings or citations
  • Warranties that the snippet will not conflict with other code

Results Not Guaranteed

We do not guarantee that:

  • Your website will be cited by AI search engines
  • Your AI search visibility will improve
  • Specific AI models will index your content
  • The snippet will work with all website platforms
  • There will be no conflicts with other scripts or code

AI search engine behavior is controlled by third parties (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.) and is beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LLM SOCKET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or unavailability
  • Errors or bugs in the snippet code
  • Conflicts with other website code or functionality
  • Any damages arising from your use of the service
  • Actions taken by AI search engines or third parties

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (WHICH FOR BETA USERS IS $0).

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and accept the risks of:

  • Installing third-party code on your website
  • Automatic updates to the snippet
  • Changes in AI search engine behavior
  • Potential compatibility issues with your website
  • The beta/early-stage nature of this service

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LLM Socket and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your website content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
  • Any misrepresentation made by you
  • Your installation of the snippet on unauthorized websites

Termination

Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

Cancellation Process:

  • Cancel through your Stripe billing dashboard (link provided in your confirmation email)
  • Or email support@llmsocket.co and we’ll process the cancellation for you
  • Must cancel before your next billing date to avoid charges
  • No penalties or cancellation fees

Monthly Subscriptions:

  • Cancel anytime before your next monthly billing date
  • Access and functionality continue until the end of your paid billing period
  • No refund for partial months (except within 14-day money-back guarantee)
  • Subscription will not renew after current period ends

Annual Subscriptions:

  • Cancel anytime before your yearly renewal date
  • Access and functionality continue until the end of your paid year
  • No refund for remaining months (except within 14-day money-back guarantee)
  • Subscription will not renew after current period ends

After Cancellation:

  • The snippet continues to work until the end of your paid period
  • After your paid period ends, the snippet will stop functioning
  • You can re-subscribe at any time at current pricing rates
  • Your account data is retained for 30 days after subscription ends, then deleted

Beta Users:

  • Can “cancel” by simply removing the snippet from their website
  • No billing or subscription management needed
  • Lifetime free access remains available if you choose to return

Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You use the service for illegal purposes
  • Your usage threatens service security or stability
  • We are required to do so by law
  • You engage in abusive behavior toward our team

Effect of Cancellation/Termination

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date
  • The snippet continues to function until the end of your paid period
  • After your paid period expires, the snippet stops functioning
  • Your account data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted
  • Refunds are available only within the 14-day money-back guarantee period
  • You can re-subscribe at any time at current rates

If we terminate your account (for Terms violations):

  • Your access ends immediately, regardless of paid period remaining
  • No refund is provided for early termination due to violations
  • You must remove the snippet from all websites immediately
  • Account data is deleted within 30 days

For Beta users:

  • Simply remove the snippet to stop using the service
  • Lifetime free access remains if you choose to return
  • No billing or cancellation process needed

LLM Socket is currently in beta, which means:

  • Features may change without notice
  • Bugs or errors may occur
  • Performance may vary
  • Service may be interrupted for updates
  • Documentation may be incomplete

Feedback and Improvements

By participating in the beta:

  • You may provide feedback and suggestions
  • We may use your feedback to improve the service
  • You grant us a license to use your feedback without compensation
  • You acknowledge we are not obligated to implement suggestions

Beta User Benefits

As a beta user, you:

  • Receive lifetime free access if you sign up in the first 500 spots
  • Get early access to new features
  • Help shape the product development
  • Are not charged for service usage

Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:

  • The snippet runs entirely client-side
  • We do not sell or share your data

Third-Party Services and Links

AI Search Engines

LLM Socket makes your content more discoverable by third-party AI services (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.). We:

  • Do not control these third-party services
  • Are not responsible for their actions or policies
  • Do not guarantee they will cite your content
  • Cannot control how they use structured data

Third-Party Websites

Our service may reference or link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for:

  • The content of external sites
  • Third-party privacy practices
  • Third-party terms of service
  • Availability of external resources

Compliance with Laws

You agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
  • Ensure your website complies with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Obtain necessary consents from your website visitors
  • Maintain appropriate disclosures and policies on your website
  • Not use the service for any illegal purposes

LLM Socket is not responsible for your compliance with applicable laws.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Informal Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@llmsocket.co to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably.

Arbitration Agreement

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or collective proceedings.

General Terms

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LLM Socket regarding the service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Independent Contractors

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and LLM Socket.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do:

  • We will update the “Last Updated” date
  • Significant changes will be communicated via email
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
  • You may terminate if you disagree with changes

For beta users: changes to pricing or core features you signed up for will not affect your lifetime free access.
